We’re pleased to announce that reKnow has been funded by early-stage VC, Skalata Ventures, in its latest investment cohort of 13 companies.
Skalata Ventures has a history of working intimately with emerging companies, and reKnow is the first ACT-based company selected by Skalata and one of only two female-led start-ups in this cohort.
We’re using this funding to accelerate the development of our corporate AI platforms, to allow organisations to maximise the value of their existing corporate knowledge, and extend it to accelerate productivity in the production of internal and external business documentation.
As the first Australian company to release a commercial content AI platform, we’re committed to helping Australian companies realise the potential of AI to assist their staff in working more creatively and efficiently.
Artificial Intelligence is at the forefront of emerging technologies in Australia,
• According to a 2019 Deloitte report, 79% of Australian organisations believe A.I. will be ‘very’ or ‘critically’ important to their business.
• Artificial intelligence is a key pillar in the Government’s Digital Economy Strategy.
• The Australian Government is investing $53.8 million over four years to create the National Artificial Intelligence Centre to drive business adoption of AI technologies by coordinating Australia’s AI expertise and capabilities.
Over the next five months, we’ll be working closely with the Skalata team and their wider network to expand our team, build our customer base and deploy more AI solutions for Australian businesses, as well as businesses across the globe.
